STATUTORY RIGHTS

All contracts entered into by Arthurs Chandlery Ltd on this website will be subject to the laws of England and Wales.

None of the information below affects your statutory rights. 

ADVERTISING AND INFORMATION
All information given on this site is given in good faith. We cannot be held responsible for information given on other sites or in third party advertising.

PRICES & AVAILABILITY

The prices quoted are in Pounds Sterling & are subject to change, up or down, including any alteration to the rate of value added tax.  All products shown are subject to availability. Acceptance of your order, prices & availability will be confirmed on receipt of your order. You may cancel your order at any time up until despatch. No contract of sale shall exist until we have accepted your order. 

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept most major credit and debit cards. We do not, however, accept American Express or Diners Club. 
We will not take payment until goods are ready for despatch.

PROTECTION OF DATA

We will take all reasonable care, within our means, to keep details of your order and payment secure but we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party gains unauthorised access to data you supply where we have not been negligent.

DESPATCH OF ORDERS

On receipt of your order we will advise you of availability and give you a despatch date.
Goods will normally be despatched within 6 working days. We use 3-5 day couriers as standard. 

NON DELIVERY OR GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If goods ordered do not arrive within 10 days of order (unless we have advised you of a later delivery date) please advise us by phone, e-mail or in writing as soon as possible. If goods are damaged in transit retain the goods and advise us. We will arrange an exchange.

RETURN OF GOODS

Goods supplied maybe returned, for any reason, within 7 days of receipt unused and within original packaging for a full refund of the value of the products supplied under the Consumer protection (distant selling) regulations 2000. You must bear the cost of returning the unwanted goods. The refund will be given on receipt of the product in good condition.

We will refund postage on faulty goods returned.

All goods supplied are covered by normal manufacturers warranty.
